Eligibility
Our warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as the original order details, may be required for service.
What’s covered
If your cable stops working because of an issue related to its assembly, we will repair the cable at no charge.
If an individual component stops working because of a manufacturer’s flaw or defect, we will repair the cable at no charge.
If your cable stops working due to abuse (the road is hard) or negligence (accidents happen), we will repair the cable for the cost of the replacement parts.
Shipping
You pay for shipping to our return address, and we pay for shipping your repaired cable back to you.
